Vivada-GSM is a complete solution that enables the delivery of voice and data connectivity solutions for locations that are hard to reach and in remote locations. It provides everything that is required to deliver connectivity, offer services and manage reseller and subscriber accounts.

Micro-BTS capabilities are included that enable cellular mobile coverage to be set up quickly and cost effectively, including local GSM and Wi-Fi coverage, as well as IP backhaul to a transit or external macro-cellular network. GSM provides rich voice, while data is enabled by Wi-Fi access. This preserves GSM bandwidth for voice coverage and revenue-generating services.

Vivada-GSM has been optimised to ensure low power consumption and to offer a small footprint, allowing easy deployment. It has low, affordable CAPEX and, lower OPEX costs when compared to other solutions. As a result, ROI can easily be achieved, so sites with lower ARPU expectations can still be served.

WTL’s patented NOP technology makes more efficient use of available bandwidth, optimising capacity and allowing more concurrent calls to be delivered, saving costs and increasing ROI. In the absence of any other infrastructure, our solution also supports satellite backhaul so that connectivity can be delivered even in the most demanding locations.

Vivada-GSM can also enable self-contained networks to be established that include all necessary operational, billing and OSS elements to be established, with calls being routed locally, with backhaul or interconnection to external networks. With Vivada-GSM, entrepreneurs and MVNOs can easily provide cost-effective remote and rural mobile connectivity, while MNOs can close gaps in coverage and extend their networks.
